Love Your Mind Self-Care Workshops are two individual days of Self-Care Workshops for youth and young adults in Winnipeg, MB. These workshops are being held with Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba to provide a space where you can learn and practice different forms of self-care.

These workshops will cover five areas of self-care:
- Mindfulness, Yoga, Nutrition, Expressive Art, Music

Each topic will be taught by instructors who will show how each self-care technique can impact your wellbeing and will help you learn how you can use each technique in your own life. 

At these workshops you’ll also get to take home a self-care bag and have the chance to win some prizes!


We’re running two days of workshops in On January 19 + 20, 2019 where you will learn about different techniques from instructors and try them out for yourself.

Order of events:

  • 1:10 p.m. - Mindfulness

  • 1:45 p.m. - Expressive art

  • 2:25 p.m. - Yoga

  • 3 p.m. - Nutrition

  • 3:40 p.m. - Music
