Mental health is a journey for everyone and each person is at a different point. Self-care is anything that helps you take care of yourself. It’s different for everyone - and we’re here to help you find what works best for you.

There will be five different areas of self-care covered at our workshops: mindfulness, yoga, nutrition, expressive art and music.
We’re also offering these in two days and two locations so you can pick whichever one is best for you.
